Project Summary

The great power of the conservation easement tool is that it can be tailored for each land trust, and again for each landowner with whom they work. The challenge then becomes understanding the basic essence of the tool.

But not everyone wants to get an advanced degree in the topic. And some want only to dig deeper into a particular aspect or application. The 'Conservation Easement Explainer series was created to satisfy this need.
